职位描述：
岗位职责
1、公司前台接待及电话接转；
2、酒店和机票的预订，办公用品的采购与管理；
3、员工福利，如体检安排，生日会，水果供应，饭卡充值等
4、及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系信息；
5、各项签证，外国人居留/工作许可的申请和办理；
6、协助公司活动（年会、旅游、季度会议）的协调，组织，安排。

任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、有1年行政或相关工作经验；
3、思路清晰，较好的沟通和组织能力；
4、工作细致认真、有责任心

丹控电器贸易(上海)有限公司是DEIF A/S在中国的分公司，成立于2006年。公司位于上海浦东新区张江集电港，主要业务包括：
1）船用桥楼仪表、配电盘仪表、发动机和发电机组控制器、可再生能源控制器的销售
2）提供专业的技术支持和服务
3）研发以及客户化生产
