职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Reports directly to the Creative Director
? Solid problem-solving skills.
? Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with ability and experience to manage many projects simultaneously.
? Ability to interact positively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Creative:

? Strong demonstration of Auto sensibility in art direction
? Demonstrate a strong understanding of design and art direction best practices
? High attention to detail on design and art direction
? Bring creative excellence to a new level – we expect disruptive work rather than safe solutions.
? Develop award winning creative pieces.
? Development of creative concepts on both ATL and Integrated media
? Strategic and conceptual thinking on all creative briefs


Requirements：
? 7+ years related art and design experience in 4A agency
? Design or related major, college degree or above
? Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other graphic design software
? There is a sense of responsibility, positive and efficient work, good at communication and coordination
? Excellent aesthetic consciousness and artistic accomplishment, strong creative ability, open-minded
? Good teamwork and professionalism, maturity and occupation quality
? Background in beauty or luxury brands is preferred
? Good English is required.
? Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills.
