We are looking for a smart, highly motivated and experienced leader to join our Dynamics AX APAC Test team to manage the engineering team which design, build and test the local and global features for Dynamics AX. These components are critical to the success of our local markets, our partners and our customers. As leader, you will balance deliverables and set priorities for your team, implement and review automated tests, and also participate in reviews and strategy discussions that set the direction of our product. You are the last line of defense to ensure a quality product that meets the needs of our customers is shipped. You need to understand our customers, understand the technical specifications of designs and code, understand the test strategies and infrastructure, and understand the current state of the product. When the release is done, you can look back with satisfaction and rightfully say that you were a leader for the release!
To quality for this position, a candidate will have:
- BS/MS degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of software development or testing experience
- Excellent technical skills and strong understanding of .Net, C# and related technologies
- Strong background in testing strategies
- Excellent project management and communications skills
- Eagerness to do hands-on work and jump into the trenches with your team
