职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
1. Transfer phone calls, sort and distribute incoming mail & packages, take care of visitors
2. Book hotel and tickets
3. Purchase and manage office appliance
4. Ensure the office equipment work properly such as fax machine, air conditioning, water machine, etc.
5. Ensure the cleanness of public area and plant maintenance
6. Implement employee welfare, include providing fruit service, recharging lunch card, organizing physical exam, distributing SMART card and etc.
7. Assist for the company event, including planning, coordination and implementation of the annual party/outing/birthday party/other events
8. Assist for visa application & foreigner’s certificates
9. Monthly attendance checking
10. Arrange company invoice payment and expense claim correctly, include rental, property management fee, electricity fee, telephone bill, wireless network adaptor fee, etc.
11. Other tasks assigned by the managerRequirement

Requirement:
1. College degree, has the willingness and interest to do the Admin and HR work
2. Careful, responsible, has a strong communication, coordination and learning capability, team player
