Perform evaluation of customer return, and support RMA. Perform engineering evaluation on supplier changes

Key Job Responsibilities :
1. Deal with supplier for RMA / Repair or replacement
2. Work directly with internal teams to resolve customer quality issues and maintain Customer Return Database
3. Work with engineering team to evaluate change requests or customer return
4. SAP QA Module Maintenance
5. Inspection Tools / fixture maintenance

Qualifications / Experience :
1. Engineering Background
2. Solid experience in handling customer return and deal with suppliers
3. 8 years or above experience in Quality with at least 5 years' experience in Quality Engineering
4. Knowledge and solid experience of using modern quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, 8D problem solving methodology.
5. Good command of spoken and written English
6. Able to deal with different people internal and external and work under pressure
