职位描述：
Job Assignment:
- Implement CS daily routines according to operational procedures
- Handle with the test orders and report from clients timely
- Maintain and develop client service flow, procedure and client databases
- Seek client feedback and respond to client requests and claims
- Coordinate with corrective and preventative action handling towards clients

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor graduate or above, major in science and engineering is preferred
- At least 1 year relevant experience in Toy testing area
- Must be persuasive, determined, hard working and able to work effectively in a team
- Polite and patient, good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Good command in English, both in writing, reading and spoken
- Strong PC-skills, focus on MS Office 举报 分享
