工作职责：

1、负责接听客户来电、接待客户面访、回答网络客户提出的问题，为客户提供必要的留学信息；

2、保留客户信息，及时回访；

3、 与客户签订留学合同，收取并检查客户申请资料；

4、 将所有资料交文案担当，并详细以口头形式告知文案担当所签客户的个人情况，所申请的学校信息（专业和申请阶段），同时附以书面材料；

5、保持与签约客户的联系，维护客户关系； 负责指导客户完成所有学校申请材料，及公证咨询工作； 负责为客户签证提供专业性工作指导；

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历或海外教育背景，娴熟的英语商务沟通能力；

2、有3年及以上留学咨询经验或留学管理经验；有从事其它高端客户销售管理经历者优先；

3、热爱教育事业，诚实守信，有事业心和责任感；

4、熟悉海外教育状况、熟知签证政策、入学标准；

5、具备市场推广活动组织才干；认同企业文化，有较强的学习和融入能力，熟悉使用办公软件；

6、25-40周岁，身体健康，户籍不限，属地优先。
