岗位职责：
1、 根据公司的经营战略，负责公司外地连锁加盟项目的规划，流程、标准的设计；
2、 制定招商计划，根据计划组织和实施招商，完成招商任务指标；定期对招商手段进行评估和修改；
3、 负责对加盟企业业务质量、数量等的流程监控，及时作出指导和调整；
4、 负责监督加盟企业的业务产出，以满足公司营收业绩指标；
5、 负责加盟项目团队的组建、业务的拓展；负责加盟团队员工的管理、培训、考核等工作。

任职要求：
1、 五年以上加盟连锁拓展经验；教育、培训行业优先考虑；
2、 良好的逻辑思维、数据分析、语言表达能力；
3、 具有良好的商业意识，盈利分析能力，有较强的谈判能力；
4、 有强烈的进取意识，有热情，责任心强，有团队意识；
5、 可以接受短期出差。
