职位描述：
工作职责：
1、负责订单处理。In charge of treating with PO
2、与所负责的客户保持良好的沟通。Have good communications with clients.
3、及时回复客户的订单并通知客户及时交货。Timely reply to clients’ PO and inform timely shipment
4、对交期的变化和订单的变化及时反馈给客户。Make quick feedbacks to clients for the changes of deliveries and PO.
5、负责周、月KPI报告和预算。In charge of the weekly and monthly KPI report and turnover calculation
6 催促计划部，QC，生产部按时完成订单 Push Planning, QC, Production to deliver on time
7 与研发部和新产品团队一起负责新产品以确保按时交货。Take care of new product with R&D and new product team to ensure delivery on time.
8、上级安排的其他工作。Other works assigned by superior.
9. 客户的需求变化在确认后即时通知内部调整 Any changes on demand must be informed internal relative dept timely after confirm back to client
10. 产品配件的采购通知与跟踪，Inform planning team to do purchasing application in SAP, confirm and follow delivery planning of accessories fed back by purchasing dept

任职资格：
教育背景/Education background:
◆管理类专业本科及以上学历 College degree and educated in business management or related major.
经 验/Experience:
◆4年以上外企客户服务经验 4 years experience of customer service in foreign enterprises.
技能技巧/Technical Skills:
◆良好的中英文沟通能力及人际交往能力。Good communication skill of Chinese and English;
◆良好的客户服务意识。Good customer service consciousness for clients.
◆熟练掌握公司各类业务 Familiar with all kinds of business operations of the company.
◆熟练运用办公软件。Proficient in working with office software.
态 度/Attitude:
◆较强的责任心与服务意识。With strong sense of responsibility and service consciousness.
