职位描述：
1、负责维系客户，负责制定品牌广告执行计划，监督实施方案全过程；
2、负责管理和培训部门人员，安排并指导部门日常工作；
3、建设和建立与相关部门的良好协作关系，协调日常工作配合；
4、监控实施质量，及时根据客户要求和情况变化，提出解决方案，向客户提供专业服务；
5.、具有的积极市场洞察力和准确的客户分析能力，强烈地时间观念和服务意识。
职责要求：
1、本科以上学历，英语六级以上，优秀的中英文表达及书写能力；
2.、5年以上广告行经验，具4A公司或国内知名广告公司从业背景；
3.、熟悉广告行业流程，杰出的领导和管理能力。

Responsibilities:
? Manage Marketing and PR campaigns and events from planning, execution to follow-up work
? Develop and maintain good working relationship with clients and media
? To participate in business pitches and write up of proposals
? Plan, implement and coordinate different communications programs including print materials production, advertising and branding campaign, event management, etc.
Requirements:
? University graduate in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing or related disciplines
? Working experience in advertising or marketing field preferable
? Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
? Well organized, have excellent attention to detail and good communications skills
? Pleasant, has initiative, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player
? Familiar with MS Office
? At least 1-3 years sound working experience in public relations, communications and event management, experience in advertising is an advantage
