职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. To develop new supplier strategically by market research and analysis to meet business demands.
2. Responsible for yearly cost saving target, supplier negotiation, VA/VE, supplier phase in/out project.
3. Keep close monitor current suppliers’ performance to meet Gold Lion requirements in terms of QCDS, and manage suppliers to take corrective actions to improve performance.
4. As suppliers owner, not limited but including set up assigned category suppliers’ structure, potential supplier base.
5. Support company sourcing request , not limited but including samples order handling and delivery arrangement and follow up the relevant status, assistant SQE/R&D to solve quality and delivery problems.
6. Other duties assigned by Manager.

Education & Qualification:

1. College degree or above major in Mechanics, Electronics, Instrument or equivalent
2. At least 5 year’s sourcing experience in manufacture environment
, CPM/CPSM is a plus
3. Familiar with ERP system and Microsoft office.
4. Good command of written English, spoken is a plus.
5. Team player with efficiency and end-to-end work attitude.
6. Good communicate skills to drive others accountable and capable of solving problem independently. 举报 分享
