岗位职责：
1、 负责SaaS模式软件系统实施的计划制定，资源协调和管理
2、 确保实施的项目能够适合客户的业务需求以及很好的控制预算和时间的成本
3、 通过风险控制和变更管理的辅助，贯通于业务和IT的职能，用于管理项目的目标达成和资源的管理
4、 鼓励供应商，客户和本公司的项目实施团队用于激励项目团队能够坚持达成目标
5、 提高供应商，客户和自己项目团队所实现目标的绩效和工作效率
6、 管理合同，确保客户和供应商能够执行最初制定的协议并承担项目风险
岗位要求：
1、 3年以上SAAS项目管理经验,良好的处理客户的管理
2、 熟练运用MS Project, Visio等项目管理工具
3、 能够运用正式的项目管理经验部署方法和工具来管理和控制程序
4、 有实施和管理大型和项目周期长的项目经验
5、 强烈的团队协作能力，包括培训，领导团队和客户等
6、 能够适应不定期的出差
7、 良好的英语口语和书面英语及普通话
8、 大学本科及以上学历要求，信息系统，IT，软件专业背景

Detailed responsibilities
1. Responsible for the planning, resource allocation, and management of SAAS software implementations
2. Ensures that implementation decisions are made that best suit the customer’s business requirements and adhere to budget and timeline constraints
3. Manages project plan objectives and resources by thorough risk, issue and change management assessment across business and IT functions
4. Encourages strong performance by supplier, customer and Kenexa personnel to create integrated project teams that consistently achieve set goals
5. Raises the performance of supplier, customer and own teams to create integrated goal achieving project teams
6. Manages contract, ensuring clients and suppliers alike perform in accordance with original agreement, and manages the commercial consequences of failure to perform

Required experience and qualifications
1. 3 + years of SAAS project management experience, fostering and maintaining relationships with client at both the project and executive sponsor levels
2. Subject matter expert with MS Project, Office, and Visio productivity management tools
3. Polished presentation, solution demonstration, training, and facilitation abilities; skilled in MS PowerPoint with a credible, poised image
4. Experience deploying formal project management methods and tools to govern and control programs
5. Extensive software implementation experience that includes using off-shore resources
6. Strong knowledge and extensive use of industry-standard project methods, tools and techniques
7. Proven ability to keep long-term projects on schedule
8. Strong team collaboration skills (including coaching, mentoring and leading) across mixed customer, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams
9. Strong collaborative work with internal and external clients
10. Flexibly open to up to 20-30% domestic and/or international travel
11. Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin Chinese

Educational Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent
2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent
