Purpose of your role
To handle operational tasks such as new client account opening, account maintenance or other operational processes etc for our clients mainly within Asia-pacific regions and to ensure compliance of regulatory requirements of local countries and our internal Anti-Money Laundering procedures and policies.
Key Responsibilities
? Process settlement/cash match/bank reconciliation prior to different cut off times for Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore and Taiwan clients
? Create and transfer payment through banks timely and accurately
? Follow up on outstanding issues and raise enquiries when appropriate
? Provide assistance for problem solving
? Ensure that the daily workflow adheres to Anti-Money Laundering, Compliance and internal policies
? Liaison with Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore and Taiwan to ensure daily routines are carried out on time
? Prepare statistical reports if required
? Work closely with New Accounts & Maintenance and Dealing team to ensure a smooth workflow
? May need to work extra hours based on operational requirements
? May need to work on public holidays
? Any other tasks assigned by your line manager
Experience and Qualifications Required
? BS or higher degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Business or related discipline
? Previous experience of Finance or Fund Management industries will be an advantage
? Fluent in English (CET-6 or above)
? Good time management and problem solving skills
? Detail oriented, good logical thinking
? Quick learner
? Good communication skills
? Good MS Office skills, especially on Excel and PowerPoint
