Summary
Shanghai Disney Resort Marketing team is in search of a highly motivated and passionate content marketing talent.

This talent will be responsible for managing Shanghai Disney Resort official WeChat and Weibo accounts’ social content planning, copywriting & editing.
社交媒体编辑将主要负责上海迪士尼度假区官方微博微信的运营和管理，内容选题策划，文章撰写等。
This position will report to Manager, Digital Marketing and will be based in Shanghai Disneyland (Yes! Our office is right by the Park which is within walking distance).
这个职位向数字营销经理汇报，工作地点在上海迪士尼度假区（步行就能到乐园！）。
Key Responsibilities
? 负责上海迪士尼度假区官方微博微信选题策划，内容排期和文章撰写；
Develop social content plan, manage social calendar, and create/write articles and posts
? 制定微博微信涨粉计划，并与代理商一起完成运营指标；
Develop SHDR social fan growth and engagement plan, establish and achieve social KPI together with digital agency
? 与公司内部各业务部门合作，完成内部的发稿和宣传计划；
Process communications requests from internal partners and work with them to achieve marketing objectives
? 制作定期微博微信运营报告，分析、监督并追踪运营的有效性，根据洞察数据改进和提高；
Analyze the effectiveness of social content and generate business insights based on consumer insights and continuously improve performance
? 配合完成数字营销活动在微博微信上的执行。
Support the execution of digital marketing programs including seasonal campaigns and partnership projects on social platforms
Required Qualifications
? 至少3年新媒体编辑或者内容运营经验，包括但不仅限于微信，微博，知乎、贴吧，BBS论坛，网站等；
At least 3 years social media management experience, including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, Zhihu, BBS forums, and Website
? 具备良好的语言及文字表达能力、善于撰写病毒性、互动性文章，擅长策划与消费者线上互动活动并成功案例；
Excellent copywriting and editing skills. Proven experience in writing viral, engaging, emotional articles and consumer online engagement activities
? 热爱互联网，熟悉社交媒体营销方式；
Passionate for internet and digital, deep insights into China’s social media landscape
? 思维敏捷，对网络热点敏感，并善于借势宣传；
Smart, quick and sensitive to social trends and hot topics, able to capture the moments into creative marketing ideas under branding guidelines
? 卓越的人际交往和沟通能力，能够与内外部合作伙伴协同合作；
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with internal and external partners
? 有项目管理经验，超强的时间管理；
Proven experience in project management with ability to multitask and prioritize
? 诚信与职业道德；
Strong integrity and ethics
? 能熟练使用PPT和Photoshop，及文字/图片编辑软件。
Good presentation skills and thorough use of PPT, Photoshop and other editing tools.

Preferred Qualifications
? 有在品牌公司或者社交媒体代理公司撰写社交媒体文案的经验；
Social media planning and copywriting experience in house or at agency
? 有传统媒体或者新媒体记者编辑经验；
Traditional and new media reporter or editor experience
? 社交媒体重度用户，国内各大网络社区的活跃用户优先，如知乎、nice、豆瓣、百度贴吧等；
Active user or grassroot key opinion leader on key social communities such as WeChat, Weibo, Zhihu, Nice, Douban, Baidu Tieba, etc
? 能力全面，具有开拓精神，积极正向；
Well-rounded, entrepreneurial, positive with growth mindset.
? 对迪士尼品牌充满热情，相信梦想的力量；
Passionate for Disney and believe in the power of dream
? Bachelor’s degree
