职位描述：
POSITION SUMMARY:

Work together with Business team to do professional audit to suppliers in terms of QHSE status, develop and implement an improvement plan together with suppliers right after the audit so as to upgrade the suppliers QHSE performance, continue monitoring the QHSE performance of the suppliers and make sure their operation meet all national and international regulations, standards and requirements.

   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Communicate with Business Team and understand the business requirement and supplier background as well as the importance of the supplier and its product to our business.
? Understand QHSE regulations and standards both national and international like ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 14001: 2004 and OHSAS 18001 certificates, Reach and local QHSE regulations….. and make sure all the suppliers is working with meet with all these requirements
? Conduct regular QHSE audit to suppliers and address any issues and concerns and follow up with suppliers on the implementation of improvement plan
? Monitor and follow up with product managers and suppliers on all non-comformance complaint and make sure all non-comformance are addressed properly and closed in a timely manner.
? Work out an QHSE audit plan for existing and potential suppliers and conduct the audit as planned and submit audit report
? Conduct risk assessment together with sourcing manager, logistics and suppliers regarding package, loading and transportation of products and make sure all products are packed, labeled, loaded and transported in accordance with the standard and requirement of the destination country.
? Observe, follow and enforce all company Policies and Procedures
? Special projects as assigned,
? Attend all required training when scheduled unless absent from work.
? Working experience in APAC is more preferable .
JOB SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

? Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
? Possess a high level of skill with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
? Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
? Possess excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
? Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid
? Conclusions.
? Ability to understand chemical engineering and process as well as the whole supply chain
? Ability to do frequent domestic travel in China and other APAC countries
? Bachelor’s degree, minimum of 4 years related work experience 举报 分享
