Now we are looking for Sportswear Technician to join in Shanghai office.

Main Responsibilities：
1. Conduct sample evaluation in terms of fitting, measurement, construction, workmanship and functional performance to ensure it meet required standard as per specification and provide solutions to any quality issues that may arise;
2. Check the quality of all fabric, trims, and accessories used are correct, safe and functionally reliable;
3. Work closely with QC to clarify and resolve outstanding technical problems, and to update product standards;
4. Communicate with suppliers / factories on all technical issues with technical advice and support to improve their quality;
5. Work closely with merchandiser team to provide technical advice and support;
6. Keep a proper record of quality performance for samples submitted by each vendor;
7. Provide written reports including solutions to any quality issues;
8. Travel to factories to settle technical problems when necessary.

Requirements：
1. Familiar with the characteristic and quality requirement of fabric and accessories, as well as sewing, embroidery, washing and other production procedure;
2. Have rich experience in fitting, size specification grading, paper pattern knowledge etc.
3. Familiar with inspection procedure and AQL2.5 / 4.0 quality standard, strong judgment ability and awareness of quality;
4. Attentive to detail and well organized with good communication skills, self-motivated and pro-active;
5. Good team work and independently;
6. Be able to travel both domestic and overseas;
7. Fluent in Chinese and English both on oral and written;
8. Good computer skills.
