工作职责:
Implement People Development Programmes
? Support the process of capturing and verifying training needs for the Production teams
? Manage and organize training programmesactivities and administer training logistics
? Assist the L&D Manager in formulating the annual training plan and training budget.
? Support the L&D Manager in the implementation of initiatives for Global and Local Production teams
? Work closely with HR (both local and global) and business partners in implementing people development programmes
? Support regional L&D teams in the implementation of global initiatives
? Build strong relationships across L&D teams to ensure that programmes and resources are leveraged effectively across H&M
? Assist in managing and conducting training projects to enhance employees’ competence and productivity
Training Programme Design, Delivery and Evaluation
? Work with key stakeholders with the Global team to identify suitable training solutions
? Assist in designing, developing and delivery of L&D programmes andor development tools according to global guidelines
? Support the delivery of Core H&M Training Programmes
? Source and select external training consultants as appropriate
? Drive all aspects of L&D projects including designing content and implementation
? Assist in evaluating the effectiveness and application of L&D programmes and compile relevant analysis reports to Country and HRM
? Facilitate Orientation Programmes for new employees
? Prepare training materials and ensure that training resources are up to date
Provide training administrative work
? Administrate and maintain the GROW system to support the team’s learning needs
? Act as a Super user for the GROW Platform support Global and Countries (if applicable)

? Maintain training enrolments, attendance and records, and generate reports utilizing GROW, MS Excel and MS Word
? Provide administrative activities such as training reports from GROW and train others in GROW as requested
? Support daily L&D administrative tasks covering training arrangements, logistics and materials
? Support the L&D Manager in monitoring KPIs and planning and tracking the budgets
? Assist with ad hoc L&D projects
任职资格:
Education and Experience requirements
? Professional education in eitheror Human Resources, Business Management or a related discipline
? KnowledgeExperience of all aspects of training and the development cycle
? Knowledge of L&D Theories
Knowledge and Skills requirements
? Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
? Good interpersonal and coaching skills
? Strong PC skills
? Analytical and consulting skills
? Proficiency in written and verbal communication
? Excellent written and spoken English
