职位描述：
Quality Control and inspection -
1. Understand the quality requirements of each order in advance, conduct the whole process follow up of production quality control, assess fabric production problems and work with factory to resolve. Report to company timely if find that any yarns or materials are applied incorrectly.
2. Arrange final inspection schedule based on the production and delivery plan. Execute quality inspection in the field accordingly to company’s quality measurement standard and procedure.
3. Prepare inspection report timely, give the evaluation and score of color, width, weight, feel, elastic, fabric defects objectively. Give inspection feedback in a timely way.
4. Monitor and measure the quality improvement if fabric is unqualified for delivery. Works closely with Quality Manager and Innovation Manager to ensure that all products comply with company requirements on safety and quality.
5. Do quality inspection for garment and accessories per AQL standard.
6. Other tasks assigned by Quality Manager

Requirements　－
1. Diploma /Degree in Textile/Apparel/textile engineer
2. 4-6 year experiences in quality control and inspection of fabric and apparel, especially familiar with functional fabrics.
3. Solid knowledge of quality control, inspection process and standard, fabric defects, color review etc, basic knowledge of testing standard;
4. Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
5. Proactive & Dynamic, Organized, Excellent interpersonal skills
6. Highly responsible, reliable, honest
7. Work under pressure
8. Willing to travel (within China)
