MathWorks China is seeking an experienced marketing professional to successfully plan, manage, implement, and evaluate marketing programs across multiple industry and application areas. The Marketing Programs Specialist will work closely with the US headquarters marketing organization and the China marketing, sales, and engineering teams to develop a strategy for the China market that leverages corporate resources while taking into consideration local market dynamics.
Responsibilities:
Effectively plan, execute, and measure the results of traditional (events, e-mail, public relations) and on-line (PPC, social media) marketing programs.
Plan, implement and analyze baidu AdWord and retargeting program to support program and industry objectives.
Create integrated, multi-touch marketing campaigns that support marketing and sales objectives.
Utilize data to perform regular, in-depth analysis of marketing program performance with recommendations and actionable plans for ensuring continuous improvement.
Work with internal and external teams to develop and/or localize targeted, relevant content.
Minimum qualifications:
A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree) is required.
Additional qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in B2B or high-tech marketing is required (software industry experience a plus)
Marcomm experience in web marketing, digital ads, events, email, PR required. Experience in baidu AdWord/PPC or web marketing is a plus.
Strong analytical skills including ability to make data-driven recommendations and decisions
Experience in using Adobe Analytics and Eloqua.
Advanced communication skills in English and Simplified Chinese (both verbal and written)
Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
Capable of working both independently and also cross-functionally within a team setting
