Responsible:
? Understands the customers' really requirements, such as spec, objective.
? Designs product specified by customers requirement and provides new product solutions quickly;
? Leads the simulation analysis and validation test, to verify the reliability of the design;
? Lead the design review with the cross functional teams to confirm the manufacturing and quality control feasibility;
? Provides innovative solutions to reduce product cost, improve product quality, and improve process efficiency
? Support the sample building and customer sample building, to find and correct the building issues in validation stage;
? Regular review the open issues with cross functional teams to ensure the project on schedule;
? Maintenance of the mass production products;
? Provide technical support for salesperson to satisfy the customer;
? Achieve the PN release in CPR System
? Achieve the Drawing release into DMTEC & PLM
? Achieve the FMEA release into DMTEC & PLM
Qualification:
Above 3 year's experience,
Prefer to have a experience of High Voltage Production Design-Optional
Electrical Production Structural Design- Mandatory
Power Industry Production Development- Optional
Master Pro/E or Catia or UG for 3D/2D
Know well the Molding or Dieing
Skilled in Geometric Dimension and Tolerance (GD&T)
Good communication ability that be able to understand the voice of customer
Good at English language ability in reading, writing and speaking;
Good computer skills of Microsoft word, excel, presentation;
