Qualifications

- High moral standard, with high integrity and honesty, motivated and a team player

- More than 6 year's experience in electronic manufacturing industry, 3 years above on managerial position

- Statistical methods required, QC tools like 6 sigma (black belt), lean philosophy are preferred

- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001

- Bachelor/or above degree, prefer major in Engineering

- Accurate working style

- Fluent in English both speaking and writing

- Willingness & ability to work diligently under pressure

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintain and optimize quality management system

- Conduct and support internal/external quality audits to meet or exceed regulatory compliance requirements

- Drive improvements to product quality through internal/external defect identification

- Focus on issue escalation and corrective actions

- Support of design change implementation

- Drive and ensure continuous control and improvement of supplier quality performance

- Plan and implement manufacturing process control and audit, drive corrective actions, preventive actions initiated from process audits

- Plan and implement manufacturing quality performance metrics to improve operational performance

- Drive periodical product audit including reliability testing

- Quality reporting, weekly, monthly, quarterly as defined

- Coordinate test instrument calibration

- Associate quality training
