Qualifications

- High moral standard, with high integrity and honesty, motivated and a team player.

- Working knowledge of new product development process, manufacturing operations planning and manufacturing process development.

- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in manufacturing processes.

- Working experience of IQ/OQ/PQ, V&V.

- Working in medical industry is highly preferred.

- Prior working experience within ISO 9001 quality system.

- Proven ability to establish/improve manufacturing processes, documentation, training, and continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.

- Excellent communication kills and fluent in English is highly preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Construct work cells/lines for new or transferred products. Construct and validate environmental control room. Develop and implement IQ/OQ/PQ for lines.

- Develop and implement processes including working flow, working instruction, inspection plan, documentation, training, equipment qualification

- Develop and implement mistake proofing work/test fixtures to ensure manufacturing processes deliver highest quality.

- Establish and execute process and products V&V plans.

- Develop and execute complete training plan for new product introduction.

- Initiate and execute manufacturing processes in supporting of engineering change implementation, prototype runs, pilot runs, protocol runs, and production ramp up.

- First tier support for production. Ability to identify root cause issues and mistakes.

- Establish/maintain manufacturing metrics, tracking, monitoring, and reporting. Establish and maintain proper production data to ensure complete traceability.

- Support component/part local sourcing through production pilot runs.

- Support evaluation of component and device quality issues. Responsible for production troubleshooting/continuous improvements.

- Conduct process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA) and design for manufacturability and assembly analysis (DFMA).
