Qualifications

· High moral standard, with high integrity and honesty, motivated and a team player.

· Minimum of 3 years of working experience in import/export and/or supply chain department(s).

· Working experience with import/export processes, paper works, domestic import/export departments, tax return procedures etc.

· Working experience with international carriers such as FedEx, UPS etc.

· Familiar with MRP system such as Oracle or SAP is preferred.

· Proven ability to solve import export issues by working with related government departments.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Institute for Supply Management certification a plus.

· Excellent communication kills and fluent in English is highly preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Timely initiate/process/gain approval for import export related paper works, in alignment with manufacturing objectives, quality/delivery, global shipment, and cost requirements.

· Manufacturing trade brochure application, transfer, change, and closure.

· Import and export application, commercial inspection, and Custom clearance.

· Statistical analysis for import/export goods.

· Timely provide import payment certification and export tax return certification to finance group.

· Directly work with international carrier for shipment, and solve issues.

· Other supply chain related duties.
