Working shift: 1pm to 10pm
Your role
Are you a great people manager? Do you enjoy getting the most out of your team every day? We are looking for someone like you to join our team. As team lead, you will be managing a growing team responsible for transactional reporting to regulators across the world. Your focus will be excellence and you will drive yourself and your team to deliver consistent results in the constantly changing regulatory landscape. You will represent each product across OTC derivatives in cooperation with other functions and will be responsible for creating an optimal model to achieve maximum efficiencies to align with our global strategies.

Your team
While based full time in Wuxi, you'll be working in a global team responsible for functions supporting transactional reporting to global regulators within tight deadlines. In our collaborative culture, the team works closely with a number of other teams to ensure UBS' obligations are met. You will work together with the Regulatory Reporting regional management team as well as global stakeholders to ensure obligations to the regulatory authorities are met.

Your experience and skills
You have:
– managed dynamic teams before, ideally global teams
– maintained key performance indicators to meet service level agreements
– taken active role in transformation initiatives and outsourcing projects
– an understanding of what it takes to create, maintain and retain a successful and driven team with motivated individuals
– experience of middle office, regulatory operations, or banking operations at a minimum
– strong knowledge of OTC derivatives products and terminology
– excellent communication skills, both in person and remotely
– a track record of delivery
