2、具备相当商务接洽和市场公关能力。

3、统筹公司产品的全国招标工作，落实办理工作。

4、监测和分析市场价格，为公司产品中标并保持合理的价格提供技术支持。

5、关注招标进展，对报价，议价，合同，中标等信息及时确认。

本科以上学历，3-4年以上相关工作经历，具有良好的沟通、分析、解决问题的能力。
