职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for alignment process transfer/co-development and improvement for OSA products in Wuxi.
2. Provide technical support to manufacturing team for alignment processes and equipments to maintain operations and implement continuous improvement projects;
3. Carry out alignment process failure analysis, to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems and follow-up actions.
4. Prepare and update the process engineering documents such as process-flow chart, PFMEA, work instruction and etc.
5. Condct new operator training for active alingement expertise and operations.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree holder or above in Optics, Physics or related engineering discipline;
2. 5+ years experiences in alignement process (Fiber alignment and attach, Lens alignment, Active placement of micros optics) transfer, co-development and improvement. Previous experience on auto system would be a promote plus;
3. Previous experience with process transfer/development in optics industrials would be a promote plus;
4. At least CET-4 English level, good communication skill in both Chinese and English;
5. Strong practical and learning ability, self-motivated and good team player;
6. Willing to oversea travel for globe projects transfer/support. 举报 分享
