职位描述：
Support development of optimized, customer-driven Powertrain line-ups, which meet the diverse AP customer requirements; Also, working closely with AP Segment Planning, Marketing, Finance, Government Affairs, and Global Power pack Planning & Commodity Planning.

Key Responsibility:

? Assessing the competitive landscape.
? Understanding the respective legislative and incentive environment
? Recommending AP's Powertrain strategy regarding emissions, fuel economy, displacements, power, torque, …
? Recommending what new Powertrain technologies AP should adopt for its future vehicle programs
? Evaluating alternative Powertrain options against Brand DNA, vehicle Performance & Economy targets, affordability and resource requirements
? Preparing recommendations for AP Senior Management reviews
? Providing the respective Powertrain program definition to the engineering organization
? Supporting Powertrain planning effort through Annual Process, Cycle Plan, and through vehicle Gateway

Qualification:

• 5 to 8 years working experience in Engineering, Product Planning, Strategy or Program Management.
• Powertrain engineering experience (knowledge of engine and transmission basics).
• Ability to work within a very diverse (culturally and functionally) environment.
• High integrity with good attitude and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership, teaching and coaching skills.
• Strong teamwork.
• Highly motivated, self-starter.
• Global perspective.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Flexibility for meeting schedules due to the time zone differences with other key stakeholders.
