职位描述：
1. 根据公司和场地业务目标和需求进行培训需求的调查、制定年度培训计划并跟踪培训实施。
Conduct the training needs analysis and design training plan according to company and site company goals and follow up the implementation of the training.

2. 协助各工厂/部门组织实施公司内部的各种相关的专业培训，包括但不限于质量，安全，劳动卫生及环境保护等。
Support organizing internal functional training including, but not limited to, quality, safety, occupational hygiene and environment-protection, including the internal compliance training, special worker certificates management & monitoring etc.

3. 负责培训系统的数据维护及相关培训档案的管理。
Be responsible for data maintenance of the training system and training documentation, run training report based on needs
4. 负责场地一些工厂或部门的蓝领/实习生/劳务工等招聘，包括发布广告、选择面试，入职体检出应聘信等。
Be responsible for some plants/supporting department’s recruitment for blue collar/intern/outsource workforce, including job posting, interviews, pre-employment medical check-up, make offer etc.

5. 负责场地员工的考勤记录的统计/负责月度奖金/加班费等的统计和计算，统计整合数据每月准时递交GHOS team以供薪资计发。
Be responsible for summarizing the attendance record/monthly bonus payout/OT of all site, and submit data to GHOS team on time by month, for payroll processing.

6. 负责场地员工离职办理
Be responsible for site employee exit process

7. 负责星火场地员工内部档案的维护和更新
Be responsible for maintenance & upgrading of personal filing system for Xinghuo Site

8. 协助推动公司企业文化及开展员工活动
Support other site activities like company culture development/employee engagement activities etc.

9. 完成由上司指派的其他任务
Other projects and HR operation tasks assigned by HR manager.

The Ideal
1. Around 2-year HR operations relevant working experience (recruiting/payroll/etc.)
2. Hands-on, good attitude, hard-working, easy going, smart and good communication
3. Educational background: Bachelor
4. Fluent oral and written English
