职位描述：
1. Drive definition and implementation of BU Installation Codes & Approvals roadmap in China.
2. Understand the framework of Chinese codes and standards, the procedure of creating new code and revising old code and know the administrative authorities including organizations and persons.
3. Well understanding Hilti’s products from technical point of view rather than general function and application. Know the differentiation and advantage of Hilti’s products and support product development teams in terms of code related requirements.
4. Familiar with the details of Hilti-type products related Chinese codes and the situation of each code. Find out the favorable and the contrary requirements to Hilti products, find out the difference and the consistence of Chinese code comparing with international codes. Understand the product and code development trend.
5. Responsible for defining MO-China’s Codes and Approval strategy for installation products, set priorities in alignment between MO & BUs.
6. Execute disciplined implementation of set MO-China Codes and Standards activities, initiatives and strategies. Actively participate in pre-selected national and local code committee work by providing technical support and/or directly takeing part in code drafting work thorough code language.
7. Lead cooperative research projects at selected National Universities /Institutions (i.e. CABR/Tsinghua Univ./Tongji Univ.) and participate in international research cooperation supporting code development efforts through technical know-how and state-of-the-art technology.
8. Join selected associations related to Hilti-product impacted industry. Author articles and participate in national and international technical symposiums, seminars and other venues to influence the industry. Build and maintain strong lasting relationships with key code officials, industry leaders and key decision makers on an academic level as well on a personal level.
9. Keep updated to the most current international technical know-how and state-of-the-art technology by constantly developing own functional expertise in the relevant subject matters and participate in exchange program with A1 & HAG.
10. Conduct Codes and Standards training for MO Field Engineers. Let FEs understand the in-deep technical knowledge behind the code requirements.
