The Role on Offer…
? Number One Leader & Strategist heading up an Acclaimed Ecosystem of Premium Workspaces and Business Portfolio in Shanghai.
? Drives the overall business and P & L of the business portfolio in the City
? Build, manage and drive high performing functional teams
? Collaborate with the HQ Team to lead the city functional teams in initiatives to enhance the business landscape and build enduring communities
? Collaborate with key stakeholders to create brand awareness, build strategies and strengthen our foothold in the marketplace
? Engage the business community to develop and leverage relationships which support and drive revenue generation
? Represent the Company in all major negotiations, maintain senior level relationships and handle key partnerships and key accounts that support the business or add content
? Drives knowledge sharing amongst the teams
What is expected?
? You are creative, a visual thinker, exceptionally organized & an inspiring leader
? You are an unconventional spirit who is always looking to innovate and push the envelope
? You have minimum 5 years leadership experience and proven track record in a similar sales/business development role with commercial real estate, workspace, and/or B2B environments.
? Degree, Diploma in Business related fields
? Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, including ability to present to top decision makers.
