职位描述：

What are my responsibilities?

- Achieve OI target which set by service manager throgh saleing BT service portfolio (SLA, Migration, Spare parts, on call service and VAS).

- Build-up, maintain and develop good relationships with customer assess, customers needs, suggest product and service adaption when necessary.

- Gather feedback from customer (customer inquiries), provide ideas and suggestions on product and service adaption and development and after-sales service.

- Handle sales visits for achieving given targets.

- Enable to estimate / cost calculation and prepare quotation to customer.

- Prepare market analysis and customer development plan.

- Establish specifications from description of operation and configure into Siemens components.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2.Good communication and interpersonal skills.

3.Fluency in English with excellent speaking and writing skills.

4.Can work under pressure.

5.Works well in a team enviroment.

6.Proficient in use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

7.Excellent time management and documentation skills.

8.Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.

9.Service engineer experience preferred.
