Job Responsibilities:

- Actively applies risk management tools and techniques

- Media monitoring for client coverage and industry trends

- Develops and manages projects/programs including implementation plans, evaluation mechanisms, staffing plans, budgets and timelines

- Drafts strategic plans and memos, news releases, media coverage reports, case histories, fact sheets, talking points, brochures and other collateral materials

- Independently handles small or major projects, performing much of the day-to-day work with assistances

- Manages frequent contact with the client, proactively manages the client relationship, and serves as a trusted advisor to the client

- Develops presentations for clients relative to project management/program status

- Keeps team appropriately informed and involved in projects

- Builds and manages relationships with campaign partners

- Acts as a liaison between client and our in-house creatives, Digital Team, subcontractors, outside suppliers and, as appropriate, other internal and external audiences

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Advertising,

- 3-7 years of communication/PR experience required; prior PR agency, consulting, or other client-facing experience required;

- Superior account management skills including client relations, project management and organizational skills

- Proven ability to work well independently and within a team environment

- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and to meet aggressive deadlines.

- Experience in partnership development and engagement or experience supporting advertising or integrated marketing campaigns desirable

- Strong traditional and social media relations skills including experience with media pitching, media tours and events, monitoring, and analysis

Demonstrated strategic thinking and writing skills, as well as past experience developing and executing strategic ideas and programs
