Job Responsibilities:
岗位职责:
？ Focus on refrigeration product structure design;
侧重于制冷产品结构设计；
？ Structure design for new product;
负责新产品结构设计；
？ Optimize Structure design of current launched products;
负责已上市产品结构优化；
？ Cost down project planning and follow up;
负责降成本项目规划、跟进协调；
？ Product quality improvement project planning and follow up;
负责产品质量改善项目计划和跟进协调；
？ Responsible for working prototypes of new project;
负责新产品样机设计及搭建；
？ Responsible for drawing, BOM and engineering release of new project;
负责新产品项目图纸、BOM清单及产品工程发布；
？ Follow up testing and analysis testing results;
测试跟踪及测试结果分析；
？ Technical support for and team work with manufacturing, marketing, sales and service team;
工艺、质量，市场、销售及服务等相关部门必要的技术支持。

Qualifications:
任职资格:
？ Bachelor degree;
大学本科学历；
？ Major in cooling, air condition, and refrigeration or related;
制冷、空调等相关专业；
？ Familiar with the design of sheet metal, copper tube, plastics, package etc;
熟悉制冷系统钣金、铜管设计；熟悉塑料零件设计；熟悉产品包装设计；
？ Experience in refrigeration/cooling/air condition engineering design 1 year;
制冷、空调、冷冻等相关行业设计部门从业1年及以上；
？ Experience with refrigeration product structure design;
拥有制冷产品结构设计经验；
？ Experience with cooling or refrigeration products testing;
拥有制冷相关产品测试经验；
？ Ability to work compliance with standards;
能参照标准设计；
？ Ability of issue analyses and solve;
拥有自主分析问题和解决问题的能力；
？ CAD skills based, 3D software (solidworks, Pro E, etc) skills preferred;
能熟练使用CAD软件，能使用3D软件优先；
？ CET 4 based;
英语CET 4及以上；
？ Good communication and team work skills;
良好的沟通和团队协作能力；
？ Sense of innovation;
有创新意识；
？ Sensitive on target.
目标意识强。
