职位描述：
1. 负责校区的招生工作，达成个人月度、季度、年度招生指标；
2. 接听家长咨询电话并邀约来访、接待Walk-in来访家长，给家长和学生提供咨询服务，并达成课程销售；
3. 负责与客户进行电话沟通，预约意向学员参加校区公开体验课，并达成课程销售；
4. 保持与现有客户的沟通，做好后期服务维系，并做好续费工作；
5. 积极推进在读学员的推荐转介绍，并达成课程销售；
6. 定期接受公司、校区组织的销售体系、教学体系、职业素养培训，不断提高自身综合素；
7. 不断提升顾问式销售和体验式销售的咨询技巧，确保自身的签约率和平均客单价；
8. 即时进行数据的录入和统计分析工作，提高工作效率。

任职资格
1. 大专及以上学历，沟通能力强，乐观开朗；
2. 具备销售意识，能承受工作压力，能有效合理安排时间并保证既定目标的实现；
3. 喜欢与孩子们相处，愿意真正站到家长和孩子的角度考虑问题并为他们解决困难或给出建议；
4. 有良好的语言组织表达能力和应变能力，有销售或咨询经验者优先；
5. 良好的团队合作精神，具备较强的学习能力；
