职位描述
Job Purpose:
Development and debugging of ATE hardware and test program for SOC products on ATE from initial product definition through high volume manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
· Early participation in DFT activities with design engineering team
· Test-strategy and implementation. Test program development
· Test vector generation / debugging
· New silicon characterization and debugging
· Support ATE / bench correlation activities
· Support Product engineering in device characterizations / qualifications
· Production releases and Off-site test transfers
· Support RMA ATE debugging
· Support program modification for yield improvement and test time reduction
Required:
· BSEE or similar degree required
· Minimum of 5 years relative ATE test engineering experience
· Familiar with ATE HW/SW development and debugging for high-speed digital, mixed-signal (ADC, PLL, DDR2/3...etc) on Teradyne iFLEX, ultraFLEX ATE test system
· Demonstrated knowledge of SCAN testing, MBIST, ATE-level design and test vector evaluation/debug
· Possess good organizational skills, good communication skills, teamwork, and initiative
· Familiar with C or Perl programming language
Desired:
· Understand vector generation using Simutest and write script to process the vector file
· Understanding ATPG, MBIST generation by Synopsis, and Mentor test EDA tools is a plus
· Experience with ATE HW/SW development and debugging on Teradyne Catalyst, J750 ATE test systems and Advantest 93K ATE test system
· Experience with allegro and OrCAD tool for designing ATE HW

· Understanding ATPG, MBIST generation by Synopsis, and Mentor test EDA tools is a plus
