Key responsibilities:

· Maintain Android framework, develop new services from native library to Java service class and user application.

· Develop and test Linux or Android BSP for CSR's SOC.

· Documentation of the software modules developed

· May involve in SOC prototyping verification and development work.

Required:

· Masters degree in CS, CE, EE and more than 4 years experience OR Bachelors degree and more than 6 years experience.

· Proficient JAVA, C, C++ programming with minimum of 5 years programming experience.

· At least 4 years development experience in Linux or other RTOS's kernel or device drivers.

· At least 2 years development experience in Android framework, service and application

· Strong debugging capabilities and proved experiences

· Insight of general operation system design concept;

· Good responsibility and Team Spirit

· Good English skills

Desired:

· Familiar with ARM architecture, MMU configuration, Cache operation is highly desired

· ARM assembly programming experience is desired.

· Familiar with Open source and Linux Software development practices and configuration management (git, svn)

· Familiar with Linux Development Tools - oprofile, strace, top, gdb, kgdb

· Familiar with graphic or multimedia or Bluetooth, WIFI is a big plus
