Responsibilities

1. Online approve and process dealers claims in defined time; 50%

2. Process prior authorization for warranty and goodwill as required; 10%

3. Carry out dealer warranty training as planned; 20%

4. Answer and support warranty related inquiries from dealers; 10%

5. Reduce unnecessary warranty repairs in dealership. 10%

Qualifications

1. University degree;

2. 3+ years workshop experience or familiar with technical working environment (technical sense);

3. Good oral and writting English;

4. Good communication skill;

5. Teamwork spirit , work under pressure, and logical thinking necessary.
