职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for developing, operating and monitoring CEP internal Logistics Flow from the receiving to the consumption points in CEP and from finished engine to dispatched out from plant. Responsible for manning, developing, operating and monitoring internal logistics flow of finished products.
Ensure that laws and agreements are followed and that production is driven in accordance with VCMS.
Monitor MHE/PE team to fulfil the tasks of new project plan and implement in ZJK MP&L team. Run the logistic flow with lean equipment, package, manning.

Main responsibilities in production and during projects are:
 Meeting the goals according to QCDISME / VCMS-scorecard.
 Control of inventories budget for purchased materials.
 Controlling the quantity of purchased materials in production incl. stock taking. and activities associated with this
 Goods Receiving
 Internal material handling of production materials and wastes
 Goods dispatch.
 Packaging Management including administration
 Responsibility for the economy including budget, staff within the department.
 Personnel matters, including development plans and ensuring staffing.
 The changes with respect to the Human, Machine, Method, Environmental and Materials are quality assured.
 Environment and Safety
 Ensuring that staff are managed and developed to have the right knowledge.
 VCMS developed, implemented and respected in the function.
 Maintaining the logistics process to meet specified capacity requirements
 Packing of cross shipping materials
 Manning in the projects as a receiver and at the launch
 Acting as deputy MP&L manager during abcence.
 Plan equipment and manning and package according to the project.
 Running plan for MHE/PE tasks.
Qualification:
5年以上物流规划、包装、仓储管理工作经验 More than 5 years working experience in logistic planning, packaging and warehouse management.
英语：具备良好的读写能力，能够流利的进行口语交流；English: Have excellent reading and writing skills, fluency in oral communication;
软件：Word、Excel、PowerPoint 熟练使用；Software: Skilled user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
专业知识：熟悉物流运作系统设计及流规划关键工具使用，包括：ABC分类法、流量平衡图、PFEP、线旁规划图等；丰富的汽车行业包装经验。Expertise: Deeply understanding the design of material handling system and proficient use of logistic planning key tools, including ABC classification method, logistic flow balance diagram, PFEP, on-site planning diagram, etc. Rich of packaging experience in car industry.
