Major responsibilities:

• Ensure your working area is stocked to enable quick and efficient service.

确保工作区域的整洁，使服务流程保持高效

• Have a clear knowledge of the menu,beverage offerings including specials and promotional material and be able to provide suitable recommendations to the guests.

熟悉餐厅内菜单的所有项目，包括一些特色项目跟促销产品项目，能根据不同的客户需求推荐与之相适应的产品

• Making sure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.

确保所有客人的要求和疑问都能够得到及时有效的解决

• Provide a clear handover during shift changes.

确保换班时的交接工作清晰明确

• Responsible to collect and settle all cash sales transactions.

负责收集处理各项现金交易事务

• Report to Management if there is any discrepancy or non-compliance of cash policies and procedures

向上级汇报任何有关现金制度及操作程序的异常情况

• Ensure adequate cash exchanges daily for smooth operation.

确保日常足够的现金兑换

• Report any overages or shortages as when observed.

及时汇报任何货品积存及短缺的情况

Professional experience:

• Similar experience in a previous position in a Hotel or Free Standing Restaurant

具备酒店&餐厅的相关工作经验

Job-related skills and attributes:

• Effective interpersonal skills team player

具备良好的沟通及协作能力
