职位描述：
FRESCO ( Freight Settlement Concept) system is a single system for processing and invoice control of all performed IKEA goods transport worldwide. As an indispensable support function, we aim to be a high competence centre with assured quality for efficiently handling and controlling transport invoices on behalf of IKEA buyers

 ASSIGNMENTS
? Register and verify transportation invoices for carriers and CP providers
? Verify and authorize self-billing invoices
? Communicate with transport department for any deviation
? Communicate with carriers and relevant parties for problem solving
? Communicate with Fresco global, and guide and share information to all Fresco users
? Prepare relevant reports to facilitate management to analyze transportation costs and issues
? Coach and guild new co-workers for knowledge sharing
? Support leader for project implementation and management

Requirement
? Bachelor
? Good accounting/tax knowledge, working experience in finance is preferred
? Fluent oral and written English
? Good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel
? Good communication and coordinating skills
? Good problem solving and knowledge sharing skills
? Good time management skills
? Good analytical skills
