职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Prepare documents and knowledge/information for the social accountability audit professionally
Conduct social accountability audits on factory site according to local legislation & C&A Code of Conduct
Ensuring factory compliance in area of social ethic, health and work safety at factory's premises according to local law and standard
Documenting the audit findings & observations
Write CAPAR and communicate CAPAR with the factory management onsite during the closing meeting and complete audit reports before the due date
Define key meeting agenda for quarterly supplier roundtable meeting. Support HUB manager for this meeting and to report the outcome.
Provide SSC on-boarding training for suppliers and PUs.
Manage and update the internal control documentation as per assigned topic.
Assistant to managers for other collaborative work.
To assist manager in orgranizing/preparing information for supplier seminar and to contribute in presentation.
Report any un-ethical behaviours at all times.
Update labour law and health & safety requirement for the relevant sourcing countries

Requirements:
University graduate in law/business management or related discipline
Awareness and interest in global human rights and corporate social responsibility programs
Good local knowledge of health & safety laws and labour regulations in China
With formal training in social compliance, such as SA8000 standard
Strong observation and analyzing skills, flexible, resourceful to carry out field work independently
Self-motivator and able to execute plans and have strong work ethics to get the job done
Presentable, independent, analytical and good report writing skills 举报 分享
