岗位描述：
--执行LEONI全球标准工时体系。时间研究、生产线平衡，减少损失时间、优化产能。
--新项目导入支持，优化布局、人因工程、工作站设计。
--治具、工具设计，优化工艺、提升工作方法。
--价值流程图分析，提升生产力、减少浪费。
-- OEE分析、研究提升快速换模。
--发展单元生产技术工艺、制造系统设计及优化。

岗位要求：
--本科学历及以上、极好工作责任心及态度。
--工业工程、机械等相关专业，至少两年工作经验。汽车相关行业者优先。
--熟练掌握MS-Office, 及Auto Cad等。
--良好的口语、书面英语交流。
--精益生产经验者极佳。

We develops, manufactures and supplies innovative wiring solutions, and associated components, for passenger cars, trucks, off-highway vehicles, power sports applications as well as for system and component suppliers.

LEONI Electrical Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd is invested by LEONI Bordnetz-Systeme GmbH. The plant is equipped with advanced software & hardware and harness laboratory to meet diversified requirements from customers. Shanghai plant implements LEONI global productivity system (LPS) and FORS ERP global network system.
