职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Give input and advice regarding supplier selection via performing the supplier audit.
通过执行供应商审核，为供应商的选择提供输入和意见。
2. At new product development stage, review all the technical documents of new products and discuss the technical questions with supplier and the BDR technical departments until all of open issues are closed. Witness the trial production of new products in supplier and promote the improvement until all of problems are improved, update the quality & technology information to BDR project team in time.
在新产品开发阶段，评审新产品的所有技术文件，与供应商、BDR技术部门一起讨论所有的技术问题并直到所有的疑问得到全部解答。在供应商处参与新产品的试做过程并推动改善直到所有的问题得到改善，及时将质量和技术方面的信息更新给BDR该新项目的团队。
3. Solve technical problems in cooperation with Group companies’ technical departments.
与集团各工厂技术部门一起解决技术问题
4. Perform the inspection of the new product and quality documents, and check if the new products can be sent to overseas factory for further validation.
执行新产品和相关质量资料的检查并确定新产品及其质量资料是否可以发往BDR海外工厂做进一步的验证。
5. Work with BDR project teams to identify the key requirements including key dimensions of new products and discuss it with supplier to define it in the control plan.
和BDR项目团队一起讨论并识别出新产品的包括关键尺寸在内的关键技术要求，并和供应商一起讨论并将其定义到控制计划中去。
6. Execute the product and process audit for assuring the series run of new products from our suppliers.
执行产品和过程审核，保证新产品能顺利批量生产和交付。
7. Perform the process audit and the annual supplier audit.
执行过程审核和年度供应商审核。
8. Monitor the quality performance of suppliers and start up various improvement activities and validate the improvement effect to reduce defects and decrease the quality risk.
监控供应商的质量表现并推动持续改善行动减少缺陷和降低质量风险。
9. Deal with supplier quality complaints, follow 8D reports, launch the investigation of root cause, define and validate the improvement actions, etc.
处理供应商质量投诉，追踪8D报告，展开根本原因的调查，拟定和验证改善行动等。
10. Optimize packaging in dialogue with supplier.
和供应商沟通产品包装的优化。
11. Instruction and implementation of quality system (APQP/PPAP)
质量体系的宣导和执行。
12. Communicate all relevant quality & technical information with BDR Group and suppliers.
和BDR集团、供应商沟通所有质量、技术相关的信息。
13. To translate documents and discussions in Chinese – English and v.v.
负责中文对英文或英文对中文的资料翻译和讨论
14. To work together within the team to gain the best results for the Supplier quality department
在团队中共同努力为供应商质量部获得最好成绩




Requirements:
1. Junior college or above in Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge in wire harness,controller, manometer, sensor, PCBA and rubber seal will be a plus.
电子工程或机械工程专业大专或以上学历，有线束、控制器、压力表、传感器和橡胶密封件的知识尤佳。
2. At least 5 years working experience in SQE, PQE or similar area covering product validation, project implementation, process audit and supplier audit.
拥有至少5年工作经验，在供应商质量管理、制程质量管理或类似涉及到产品验证、项目执行、过程审核和供应商审核方面的工作。
3. Familiar with IS09000, TS16949 and other quality management system and implementation.
熟悉ISO9000、TS16949和其它质量管理体系和运作。
4. Familiar with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, control plan, MSA, SPC, 8D etc.
熟悉APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, control plan, MSA, SPC, 8D等流程和质量工具
5. Strong analytical & technical skills with the ability to read and understand technical specifications such as drawings, standards and technical regulations. 较强的分析和专业技术能力，能够阅读并理解技术规范，如技术图纸、标准和技术规格。 6. Familiar with some common gauge and electronic test instrument.
熟悉一些通用量具和电子测试仪器。
7. Diligent and good team working spirits, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

8. Strong written English, fluent oral English is preferred.

9. With good learning ability; detail oriented, good logic and analyses skills

10. Must be willing and able to travel frequently.
