Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree in real estate, business or related discipline
• At least 1 year's retail / office consultancy experience
• Strong understanding and interest in the Shanghai real estate market
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• A fast learner and team player who is smart, attentive to detail, and outgoing
• Strong communication and presentation skills
