Job Description & Requirements

Provide support for Linux and Windows systems in Shanghai and other APAC offices

Willing to Travel 25% of the time to support other Sigma Designs offices

Troubleshoot system issues such as server performance, storage and network issues.

Provide direction to other junior IT staff on helping users and improving the infrastructure.

Provide support to engineering on their linux tools like SVN, Fisheye, Twiki, FlexLM, Network Comupter (RTDA), SunGrid, etc.

Provide support for enterprise services -- Email (exchange 2010), remote access VPN, site-site VPN, MPLS network, Netapp Storage, and Vmware Virtualization

Good communication skills in Chinese, English and other languages

Project management experience

Well organized and detail oriented.

5years + in an IT System Admin role for windows and linux systems (EDA tools preffered)
