Position
? Buyer

Purpose of Position
? Provide procurement, importing and exporting, planning, receiving, freighting, expediting of materials support for production

Responsibilities
? Prepare and process documents such as purchase orders, customer orders, I/E documents, payment application etc.
? Work closely with production and sales team to make sure appropriate manufacturing order arrangement.
? Conduct all related responsibilities in Oracle system.
? Work closely with suppliers and manage supply chain with respect to quality, cost, and delivery.
? Assist the US procurement team in managing the China supply base.
? Willing to accept additional tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications
? Bachelor degree or equivalent
? Computer literate
? Computer software skills in word processing and database/spreadsheets, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
? Verbal and written English skills
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Previous employment experience with US based company preferred
? Basic understanding and ability to read and understand engineering drawings and bill of materials
? Strong team work skills
? Be a self-starter
