职位描述：
Main responsibilities：
1. 协助公司领导和高级管理层组织制定长期和短期的生产战略规划，编制方案和目标。Assist company officers and senior staff members in the development and formulation of long and short-range planning, policies, programs and objectives.
2. 制定生产计划，制定和持续改善高标准的生产操作流程，以确保产品满足客户需求、符合公司质量标准。
Develop the manufacturing plan and establishes procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality standards.
3. 在满足生产需求的同时，能够有效控制间接成本和原材料成本，优化本部门人员配置，减低运营成本，符合年度预算。
Achieve optimum employee levels with the least amount of overhead and raw material costs to meet annual budgetary plan while delivering to the production demand.
4. 负责编制有利于提高公司市场竞争力和盈利能力的生产管理制度和工作目标。
Formulate and recommend manufacturing policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operation.
5. 按照编制的生产流程和安全生产标准，完成各项生产计划目标。
Accomplish goals of the manufacturing plan, consistent with established manufacturing and safety procedures.
6. 负责提出生产改进方案并加以实施，以提高生产力，降低成本和报废率，减少返工等情况的发生。负责生产质量体系标准的建立、实施和维护。
Identify, recommend and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce cost and scrap, monitor scrap and rework data. Directs the establishment, implementation and maintenance of production standards.
7. 负责指导及落实生产管理有关的各类流程方案的制定（如，技术培训，安全防护，内务管理，成本控制，员工绩效等）。
Direct and coordinate various programs essential to manufacturing procedures (e.g., training, safety, housekeeping, cost reduction, worker involvement, security, etc.).
8. 为采购选择优质供应商提出有效建议，制定需求量和供应预测数据，降低零件采购成本，建立供应商管理问责制以确保产品质量达标。
Lead the Supply Chain effort to ensure the selection of quality suppliers, coordination of demand and supply forecasting, cost effective procurement of parts, and accountability of suppliers to meet quality standards.
9. 负责库存管理和监测，编制月度、季度和年度库存管理报告。
Manage and monitor Inventory control and reporting for monthly, quareterly and annual objectives.
10. 制定与Cytek公司产品相匹配的质量控制制度及程序，已帮助公司达到认证目标。
Ensure that the appropriate Quality policies and processes are in place to support certification objectives of Cytek.
11. 组织协调各重要工作（例如，工厂布局、固定设备安装、生产过程管理、重大维修等）。
Initiate and coordinate major projects (e.g., plant layout, installation of capital equipment, manufacturing process development, major repairs, etc.).
12. 按照领导规定和要求，完成各项任务和工作安排。
Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required.


任职条件：
Requirements：
1. 本科以上学历，工业工程、光学、工程等相关理工科类专业背景。
BA/BS or higher in industrial, optics, engineering or other 4-year technical degree in related discipline.
2. 10年以上医疗器械或电子行业的生产管理工作经验。
10+ years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in a process-oriented operations and/or related industry.
3. 具备5年以上大型企业重要部件生产线管理经验或小型企业整套生产管理经验。
A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a significant segment of a large manufacturer or the entire operation of a smaller manufacturer.
4. 熟悉医疗器械生产ISO质量管理体系和GMP生产规范的建立和认证。
Experience in establishment of ISO and GMP facility for medical device manufacturing.
5. 具备6S和EHS管理的知识和管理经验。
Knowledge and experience of 6S and EHS.
6. 熟悉流式技术、生产工艺和原理者优先考虑。
Experience working with manufacturing based technology, processes and principles is preferred.
7. 精通英语，口语表达和书写能力强。演讲能力强。
Proficient in English. Good at presentation skills.
8. 熟练使用word、excel、PPT等办公软件操作系统。
Computer proficiency is required, including skills with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
9. 能够适应每年15%以上时间的国内外出差。
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15 % of the time.
10. 具备优秀的领导力、项目管理能力、员工绩效管理能力以及擅于分析解决问题的能力
Good leadership skill，project management and performance management. Good at problem analysis and solving.
11. 具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力、抗压能力。
