Continuous Improvement Engineer

Key Job Responsibility/Detailed job focuses

· Working closely with Plant Manager and site Management team, to influence all other functions on-site to embed and sustain continuous improvement techniques

· Being aware of the latest CI techniques by learning from other Plants and attending conferences/training courses

· Developing and deliver CI training material applying a standardized principle across the sites

· Creating a platform for sharing improvement ideas across the sites

· Working with plant manager to develop and implement site strategy to achieve manufacturing excellence

· Using Trifecta monthly to assess plant performance,and report to GMI.

· Achieving quantifiable performance improvement and to track and report benefits

· To ensure that all working practices over the plant comply with Health, Safety and environment legislation.



Education /Experience/Capability Request

· Bachelor degree in Food Engineer/Technology or Mechanical, Electrical Engineering

· Importantly able to demonstrate continued learning and development throughout your career

· At least 3 years manufacturing operations management experience

· Strong leadership ,technical and supervisory skill

· Logic thinking and good analytical skill

· Proficiency in English
