Main Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the functioning of the Supply Chain department. Supply chain involves all steps in the procurement of company's products except purchasing. The department is responsible from when the customer order is going to be placed until delivery on the ship or to customer's warehouse.
1)Order Management
a.Assuring Order Processing accuracy with agreed master scheduling
2)logistics information tracking, logistics service to customer
a.Ensure that all shipments are handled efficiently and delivery deadlines are met
b.Monitoring relevant documents for import and export, make sure customer orders & goods were transited smoothly
3)Prepare or Upgrade regular order & logistic reports for top management review and continue to streamline the logistic process
4)Lead the Order Processing & logistic team define, scope, deliverables, KPI to ensure team effectiveness
5)Develop and deploy a supply chain strategy that will generate profit
6)Lead various cost reduction projects relating to the supply chain scope function e.g. Freight costs, Warehouse costs, etc.
7)Preparation and timely submission of various business and supply chain reports as required
8)Design and Establish operational procedures for planning, warehousing and delivery to align with target customer requirements
9)Train next level personnel and manage their performance to align with supply chain strategy and ensure that activities are performed effectively and efficiently

Qualifications:
1)Holds a University degree
2)Over 5 years of solid managerial experience in logistics of industrial companies
3)Good at MS Office especially excel skill
4)Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
5)Excellent internal and external customer service skills
6)Excellent oral and written English communication skills
7)Flexible and creative personality
