职位描述：
Key responsibilities
? The shipping manager is responsible for the entire logistics process of local and overseas projects from the distribution stage to the operational transfer of the project to the section forwarding.
? Work independently and drive to win prepares you for the projects successfully.
? To establish the logistics plan like import duty and delivery terms, regulation, restriction and tax related to support all the projects in AP region.
? To develop and maintain the relationship with the customer, continuously improve customer satisfaction and productivity;
? Fulfil for both the internal structure and the external stakeholders, including customers, carrier and customs.
? Proactively to work with stakeholders and manage your expectations of the parties concerned. starting point is that the order smoothly, on time and within budget, complete provided on site.
? Capable for approximately 20% of the time to travel.
? Play a leading role for physical distribution and logistics reports to the manager.

Required Qualification:
? Bachelor degree in supply chain, logistics & operations management
? Minimum 10 years working experience in contract logistics, warehousing, engineering, implementation with operations management position;
? Strong management skills (planning, people management, operations, warehousing);
? International experience in shipping and forwarding industry experience with complex logistics projects
? Understanding of Asian countries’ bonded policies and Customs is a must.
? Logistic operation trouble shooting skill.
? Knowledge and skill of statistic analysis.
? Good negotiation skills and strong motivation.
